You are always able to change your password.

Note: We cannot change your password for you, nor log into your account from the back end. It is very important to save your password information where you can always find it.

Step 1. Log in to your course.

Step 2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner of your course screen.

Step 3. Click "My Account".

Step 4. Click "Change" next to your password.

Step 5. Choose your new password and confirm it.

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign in page, submit your email address, and follow the prompts to restore your access.

Note: As the password recovery process is reliant on your access to the email address associated with your Tailored Tutors account, it is essential that you ensure there are no spelling mistakes or errors in your email address at the time of sign up.
