Tutor access through your paid Membership with TT is delivered in 3 key ways.

1. Ask Your Tutor A Question Any Time Using The Question Asking Feature

Students enrolled in the Biology or Chemistry Ultimate Guides can ask course related questions directly to their tutor by leaving a question on any page inside their course at any time. Tutors respond within 24hrs.

Here are the steps to ask your tutor a question.

Note: Tutors do not respond to email or the chat. Students must leave a comment on a lesson inside their course to connect with their tutor.

2. Attend Live Lessons With Your Tutor

Students enrolled in the Biology or Chemistry Ultimate Guides can join Live Classes each week to learn content and exam technique live with their tutor and peers.

3. Book A Paid 1:1 Add-on Tutor Session – Maths Solo Only

Students enrolled in Maths Solo can book a paid 1:1 Add-on tutor session with one of our A Level Maths exam specific tutors anytime. 1:1 tutor sessions are available in 15, 30, 60min chunks—they are billed separately and paid for at the time of booking.
