Setup and Configuration

To enable the integration with FourKites, you’ll need to navigate to the System Configuration.

  • Click on the gear in the top right hand corner.

  • Then click on Configuration.

  • Next, click on Integration.

  • From the drop-down menu, click on FourKites.

  • Once the page loads, click on the Enable FourKites button.

    • This will enable your account to send data to FourKites.

Note, that if the button shows as Disable FourKites the integration has already been enabled on your account.

Usage

As an end-user of the TMS, there is no change to the way you perform your daily tasks. Behind the scenes, the data from the TMS will be sent to FourKites every 15 minutes.

Shared Data

The below list is the data that is sent from the TMS to FourKites:

  • Customer Internal Name

  • Invoice Number

  • Truck Number

  • Trailer Number

  • Shipment Actual Pickup Date

  • Shipment Actual Delivery Date

  • Branch SCAC

  • Branch MC #

  • Branch DOT #

Truck and Trailer(s) will be populated when the order is assigned to one of your own fleet’s equipment records.
