Overview

As a broker, Parade.AI will allow you to:

  • One screen for your coverage team to find and manage capacity.

  • Instantly see the best carriers for every load and lane

  • Streamline pricing information from historical loads, quotes, and DAT RateView

  • Manage pricing notes.

  • See which carriers have available capacity vs. historical ability to run lane.

  • Automatically notify your carriers of great matching loads with your brokerage

Setup and Configuration

To enable the integration with FourKites, you’ll need to navigate to the System Configuration.

  • Click on the gear in the top right hand corner

  • Then click on Configuration

  • Next, click on Integration

  • From the drop-down menu, click on Parade.AI

Clicking on Parade.AI, will bring you to the screen shown below. Here you’ll be able to fill in your Client Secret, Carrier Manager Name, Carrier Manager Phone, and Email.

You’ll also need to map any of the equipment that you may use on your shipments.

  • Click on the Add Mapping button to select the Parade.AI equipment type

  • Once the Parade.AI equipment has been mapped, you'll be able to map it to the corresponding equipment type in the TMS

How to Post a Load to Parade.AI

Once everything has been configured, it’s easy to post a load to the Parade.AI platform.

  • Create an order or search for an order

  • Click on the Post to Parade.AI button in the top left of the order.

  • Click on the Post to Parade.AI button in the top left of the order. Next, enter in the starting rate, and max rate

How to Remove a Load from Parade.AI

  • From the order page, click on the Remove from Parade.AI button in the top left of the order. Next, enter in the starting rate, and max rate
