Once your payment is confirmed, your access details are sent by e-mail to the address entered at checkout. Timing depends on the payment method:
Pix, card, cryptocurrencies and PayPal: within a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.
Boleto: after clearing, which takes up to 1 to 2 business days.
What you receive by e-mail
"Account Details": e-mail, password and server (TCFT) for the TradeLocker platform.
Your dashboard login, where you track your account, comes in the "Welcome to your Take Capital Dashboard" e-mail. If you cannot find it, use "Forgot your password?" on the dashboard login page.

Not received? Check your Promotions and Spam folders and search for the subjects above. If nothing arrives within 1 business day after the payment is confirmed, write to support@takecapft.com with your order number and proof of payment.
