After purchasing your challenge, you will receive credentials for two different systems: your Take Capital Dashboard and the TradeLocker Trading Platform.
Please note that the Dashboard and TradeLocker have separate credentials. It is crucial to use the correct login information for each platform. (Note: If you have multiple accounts under the same profile in TradeLocker, they all share the same login credentials. Once logged in, you can easily switch between accounts linked to your profile, simplifying account management).
1. Accessing Your Take Capital Dashboard
This dashboard is where you monitor your challenge progress, view your trading objectives (like profit targets and drawdowns), request payouts, and manage your account with us.
Login Details: Use the login details sent in the email with the subject line "Welcome to your Take Capital Dashboard".
Lost your password? If you cannot find your welcome email or forgot your password, simply go to the dashboard login page and use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it and regain access instantly!
2. Accessing the TradeLocker Trading Platform
This is the platform where you will actually place and manage your trades.
How to find your TradeLocker Credentials:
You have two easy ways to find your trading login details:
Directly from the Dashboard (Recommended): Log into your Take Capital Dashboard, click on your active account, and simply click the 🔑 Credentials button located at the top of your panel. Your TradeLocker login details will pop up on the screen!
From your Email: Check your inbox for the email with the subject line "Account Details". Your credentials will look like this image:

Fill in the fields:
Email: Your registration email.

Option B: Desktop Application
Download the application from tradelocker.com/desktop/
Install and launch the application.
Fill in the fields:
Email: Your registration email.
Password: Your password.
Server: TCFT
Click "Login".
3. Troubleshooting Login Issues
💡 Tip: If the Desktop or Mobile app is failing, freezing, or showing a blank screen, try accessing the platform via your web browser instead: https://demo.tradelocker.com/
If you still cannot log in, ensure you are following these exact requirements:
Correct Server: Ensure the server name is typed exactly as TCFT.
Copy and Paste Your Credentials: To avoid errors, please copy and paste the email and password directly from your credentials email or the dashboard popup. Manually typing can lead to mistakes with similar characters (e.g., 'I' vs. 'l' or '0' vs. 'O').
Account Types: Remember that your Dashboard login and your TradeLocker login are completely separate. Make sure you aren't trying to use your Dashboard password on the trading platform.
If your password show as "already set" or "imported" it means the same/previous password you always had and used for TradeLocker, if you don't remember it send us a message at support@takecapft.com to our team generate you a new password.
