I can't log in to my dashboard/platform. What should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in, please follow this checklist before contacting support. Most issues can be resolved with these steps.

  1. Check You Are Using the Correct Credentials. Remember that you receive two different sets of login details for two separate platforms: the Take Capital Dashboard and the TradeLocker trading platform. Ensure you are not mixing them up.

  2. Copy and Paste Your Credentials. To avoid errors, please copy and paste the email and password directly from your credentials email. Manually typing can lead to mistakes with similar characters (e.g., 'I' vs. 'l' or '0' vs. 'O').

  3. Verify the Correct Login Page.

  4. Confirm the Server Name. When logging into TradeLocker, ensure the server name is correctly entered as TCFT.
