Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any transactions. By making a purchase with Take Capital For Traders ("TakeCap FT"), you agree to this policy and our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1. General Final Sales Policy

Because our services grant immediate access to simulated virtual capital, proprietary trading platforms, and market data feeds upon payment, all purchases on our platform are considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products, services, evaluation challenges, and subscriptions.

2. Refund Policy by Account Type

To align with our GTC and Contract Agreements, refund eligibility is defined strictly by the specific plan you purchase:

A. Single Payment Plans (1-Phase & 2-Phase)

  • Fee Refund Eligibility: Traders who successfully pass the evaluation process and reach Funded Stage are eligible to receive a refund of their initial evaluation fee.

  • How It Is Claimed: This refund is processed only upon successfully qualifying for and receiving your first valid payout request.

  • Refund Options: You can choose to receive this refund in one of two ways:

    • Option 1 (Withdrawal Credit): The fee is converted into a cash credit and added directly to your first payout transaction.

    • Option 2 (Discount): You can apply the initial fee as a discount toward purchasing a new challenge of equal or greater value.

  • Important Note: If your Phase 3 account breaches any risk management rule prior to completing your first successful payout, the right to this refund is permanently voided.

B. Single Payment Instant Plans

  • Exemption from Refund: Instant Plans are completely exempt from the evaluation fee refund program.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All payments, including instant access fees, activation fees, and early reset fees, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

C. Subscription Plans

  • Exemption from Refund: Subscription Plans are completely exempt from the evaluation fee refund program.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All recurring monthly subscription fees, one-time activation fees, and early reset fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Account Failures, Inactivity, and Rule Violations

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances if:

  • You fail to meet the profit objectives of your evaluation phases.

  • Your account is archived or permanently deactivated due to inactivity.

  • Your account is terminated for breaching any of our trading rules (e.g., maximum daily loss limits, maximum static or trailing loss limits, consistency rules, or prohibited trading practices).

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience technical difficulties or platform issues, please contact our support team at support@takecapft.com

Filing an unjustified dispute or chargeback with your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway constitutes a severe breach of our terms. In the event of a chargeback, TakeCap FT will immediately :

  • Terminate all active accounts belonging to the Client.

  • Permanently ban the Client from using any current or future services.

  • Pursue legal and collection actions to recover the disputed amount along with any administrative fees.
