We’ll walk you through the onboarding steps, which includes finding a health insurance plan. You can discover all your options and search for plans that cover your doctors and prescriptions using the filters in the plan shopping section. You will be able to compare plans side-by-side to choose the one that best fits your needs.
Our system will help you see which plans are accepted by your doctors. However, it's important to note that if you are concerned whether your doctor or hospital will accept the plan, you can always give them a call directly for the most accurate information.
To search for plans that cover a specific doctor or prescription, enter the provider name or medication when prompted during the plan shopping flow — the results will filter to plans where that doctor or drug is in-network or covered.
Health Insurance tab or ‘Shop Insurance Plans’ option not showing? If these don’t appear in your portal navigation, this is a backend eligibility configuration issue — browser troubleshooting will not resolve it. Contact Customer Experience with your name, your HRA eligibility date, and a screenshot of your portal.
