You do not need to create an account—it's already been created for you!

  • Your username: The email address where you receive onboarding reminder emails from us

Getting Started: Two Simple Paths

Option 1: You Received a Welcome or Activation Email

If you got a welcome or account activation email:

  1. Click the link in that email

  2. Follow the prompts to set up your profile and password

Option 2: Reset Your Password

If you don't know your password, haven't set one yet, or your original sign-up link has expired:

  2. Enter the email address your employer provided

  3. Check your inbox for the reset email
