Manage employees on your roster

Our People Management system streamlines your workforce administration tasks. The available actions include such actions as adding an employee, terminating an employee, searching for an employee, and more.

Adding employees:

Search:

Type in an employees name or email for the People Table to automatically filter out and find the individual you are looking for.

Filter:

Selecting the “Filter” option at the top of the People Management Table will open the available filter options to you.

  • Active

  • Enrolled

  • Ineligible

  • Invited/Onboarding

  • In Waiting Period

  • Opted Out

  • Waived

By selecting one, or many, filter options the table will automatically filter down to what you wish to see.


Terminate an employee:

  1. On the People Management Table, find the employee you wish to terminate by using the search function or manually scrolling through the table. Select the ellipsis next to the employee you wish to remove.

2. Select “Remove” from the menu.

3. Confirm your selection

4. User will now be under the “Inactive” tab in the People Management Table.

Send an invite link:

If an employee did not receive, or lost, their invite link, this function allows you to send a new invite link to the email the employee has on file.

  1. On the People Management Table, find the employee you wish to send an invite to by using the search function or manually scrolling through the table. Select the ellipsis next to the employee you wish to send an invite to.

2. Select “Send sign-Up Link” from the menu.

If the invite link was sent, you will see this message.

If the user has already signed up, you will not be able to send another invite link to the individual.

Here is an example of what the invite will look like:

Waive an employee:

This is the process of opting an employee out of the Take Command Health reimbursement benefit.

  1. On the People Management Table, find the employee you wish to waive by using the search function or manually scrolling through the table. Select the ellipsis next to the employee you wish to waive.

  2. Select “Waive” from the menu.

  3. Confirm your selection

If the waive action was processed successfully, you will see this toast message.

Reinstate a User:

  1. On the People Management Table, go to the Inactive tab to see all your employees that have been terminated or are inactive.

2. On the People Management Table, find the employee you wish to reinstate by using the search function or manually scrolling through the table. Select the ellipsis next to the employee you wish to reinstate.

3. Select “Reinstate” from the ellipsis menu.

4. Confirm
