How to log on to the Client Portal

Can't find your welcome email or link expired? Not to worry, you can get into your Talent Clouds account quickly.

Recently been set up as an Admin on Talent Clouds and lost your Welcome email, or it's expired? Don't worry - it's easy to get set up.

  • Click the 'Forgot Password' button

  • Enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your password

  • Once your password is set, go back to the Client Portal, log in and complete your outstanding application

If you're still not receiving a Password reset email, please reach out to support@talentclouds.co.uk or contact us via live chat - it may be that you've been set up with an incorrect email address.

We can fix this quickly for you and once it's updated, just scroll up and follow the steps above once more.
