Can't find your welcome email or link expired? Not to worry, you can get into your Talent Clouds account easily, just follow the steps below:
Click the 'Forgot Password' button
Enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your password
Once your password is set, go back to the Worker Portal, log in and complete your outstanding application
If you haven’t got your Password Reset email, or it’s not coming through after requesting a reset password link, please check with your HR Admin that they’ve used the right email address to set you up – this may be why you didn’t get one.
In this case, they’ll just need to contact support and let us know, we can get this updated for you. If your email address is updated – just scroll back up and follow the steps above once more to set a password.
