Updated over 4 months ago

When creating your listing, you have the option to use a questionnaire template.

By selecting a template, you can use an already predefined questionnaire model.

By selecting Continue without template, you will start your questionnaire from scratch

They provide greater accuracy to your applicants’ profiles and help you to qualify them. You can ask them three different types of questions:

  • The portfolio

  • Date of availability

  • School of origin

These questions will automatically be included in your questionnaire.
You can add more by later going through the Templates and then the Smart Questions.

Type of question:

You will be offered different types of answers and you can choose among 9 of them.

  • Closed question, 1 possible answer : the applicant will only be able to select one answer

  • Closed question, several possible answers: the applicant will be able to select several answers

  • Date: the applicant will be able to select a date on a calendar

  • Dates range: the applicant will be able to select a date range on a calendar

  • Number: the applicant can select a number, you can set the value (day, month, euro, etc.)

  • Assessment scale: the applicant selects on a scale the value corresponding to the question you asked him/her

  • Open answer: the applicant will be free to answer the question

  • URL: the applicant can attach a URL link (LinkedIn profile, portfolio, etc.)

  • Address: the applicant will be able to select his/her place of residence from a list generated by Google Maps

  • Smart question: The applicant will be able to choose the question they wish to address (create your smart question and configure it to easily collect applicant responses).

This questionnaire allows you to:

Make a question mandatory or not

For all types of questions, you can make the question optional or mandatory for the applicant.
If you make the question optional, the applicant can proceed to the next question without answering it.

Ponder a question

For the single-choice question, you have the option to weigh the applicant 's questionnaire score by adding importance to the question and the answers.

Depending on the importance assigned to the question and the answers, a score will be generated on the applicant 's file.

Note: This score will only be visible to managers assigned to the campaign and not accessible to the applicant!

You also have the option to make a question eliminatory. Automatically the applicant will have 0/20 on his/her questionnaire if he/she chooses this answer:

Tag a questionnaire answer

Associate a tag with an answer from your questionnaire, which will automatically be added to the applicant profile as soon as he/she selects that response. So this tag will be an applicant tag!

With applicant tags, you will be able to filter your applicants more easily in your CV database.

These tags apply to these 4 types of questions:

  • Single choice

  • Multiple choice

  • Assessment scale

  • Number

Specifics of questions with tags

They may not be part of the applicant 's rating process. This information is only available for completing his/her profile and providing additional information about his/her application!
