Applicants do not always complete their application by adding their CV and recording their video (if these options are requested).
To remedy this: increase your application rate with reminder emails!
Automatic reminders for applicants can be managed in the parameters of a campaign in the Options tab.
Our advice: knowing that 1 out of 4 emails are read, increase your chances of your emails being opened by activating all reminders!
The reminders adapt to the stage where the applicant has stopped.
If the applicant has not submitted his/her CV, the emails are composed of:
Remember that the application will not be considered without a CV
A proposal to unblock the process if the applicant encounters a problem when adding his/her CV
A proposal to delete the application if the job offer no longer interests the applicant
If the applicant has not recorded a video, the emails are composed of:
Explanations of the purpose of the video
A reminder that video is not required and does not replace an interview
Explanations of the video's progress
Tips for recording a successful video
A proposal to unblock the process if the applicant encounters a problem while recording the video
