Making sure you get your data into your CRM right the first time is always crucial for any business. With Talisman we have made the process seamless and quick with multiple ways to get your data exactly where you want it.

Adding Candidates
You can add Candidate records in Talisman in 4 ways:

After downloading and linking your Talisman instance, you will be able to use the quick actions to add Candidates from any page in your CRM as well as parsing profiles from LinkedIn!
If creating a candidate manually, make sure to go through each field and fill in as much information as you can. You can of course always come back and amend this at a later date if required. Take note of any of the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk, as these will need to be filled in to create the record. These normally include:
First Names
Last Name
Email Address
You can also parse CV's through the Quick Actions by dragging and dropping the CV into the Chrome Extension.

Using the chrome extension to parse LinkedIn CV's
The smartest ways to create records FAST! Instead of manually typing out, and waiting on a Candidate to send their CV you can use the Quick Actions extension to pull all the relevant data from the Candidates Profile straight into Talisman
Remember your profile codes! These codes will be unique to your Talisman site, and will be the key searching and segmentation of all data in your instance. This will also not automatically apply to records, so make sure to pay this a bit of attention.
Importing Data
When you have a big chunk of data you want to get into Talisman quickly and easily, you can use the Data Import tool.
This tool can be used for Candidates, Clients and Contacts. The below video will go through the steps required to upload your data. Yo:

Once you have downloaded the Talisman chrome extension, you can create client's seamlessly.

Once you have downloaded the Talisman chrome extension, you can quickly pull prospects and new contacts into your CRM.
Navigate to your client's profile, and by selecting Add Contact on the extension, you will be able to use their public information to quickly create a Contact record
Creating Contacts Through Client
Once you have created your Client profile, it is super simple to add in Contacts. Navigate to the Contacts tab and select the "add contact" icon in the top left. From there you can choose the relevant information and coding then press "update" to create the record.
Adding Job
You can add Candidate records in Talisman in 3 ways:

Main Menu -> Add New
Quick Actions/LinkedIn (Chrome Extension)
Once you have downloaded the Talisman chrome extension, you can quickly create jobs.
Main Menu -> Add New
You can also add jobs through Talisman directly by going to Main Menu -> Jobs-> Add New. First you will need to select who the main Contact for the job will be, then you add in the details surrounding the job including your tagging. Once you are happy, press update and you are good to go!
