The above flow is the standard Shortlisting Journey (our ATS pipeline) in Talisman. All shortlisted (and CV Queue accepted candidates) will go into “Initial” as the first stage in the pipeline. The "All Candidates" tab will be a overview for you to see every candidate at any given stage of the Shortlist Pipeline.
You can monitor and manually move the candidates through stages using the “Status” dropdown in each row.
A few key actions you can complete from within the pipeline are:
Email/Phone/SMS the Candidate and/or the Contact
Send a CV (go to Sending CV's To Your Clients)
Organise an Interview (go to Organising Interviews)
Review the Candidate
Create a Document
Add Diary (notes & tasks)
Make a booking/placement (Go to Making Bookings/Placements)
Review the Candidate (3 dots next to Candidate name -> “Review Candidate”)
This is a way to quickly view the Candidate’s profile and action. Our users often use this function when going through a call list as you can see the whole profile, capture call comments and move through the Shortlist Pipeline.
Email/Phone/SMS the Candidate and/or the Contact (3 dots -> Select Option Required)
You don’t need to jump into multiple profiles/have multiple tabs open to outreach and gauge interest in the job. By linking your Email, VoIP and Texting into Talisman you can do all of this through the Job Shortlist Pipeline.
Add Diary (notes & tasks) - right click “Cand No” -> “Add” -> “Diary”
If there are any notes/tasks you want to add to Diary against the Candidate, you can do this all from the Shortlist Pipeline too.
Create a Document (right click “Cand No” -> “Create Documents”)
After shortlisting a Candidate, you want to be able to make sure you have the correctly *Formatted CV/Submittal Form to send to your Client. If you have already created your templates (admin user training might be required for this), you will be able to select the document from the list and have all the merge fields auto-fill the document from the information already collected on the candidate profile.
*Remember to tag any Client CVs/Submittal forms you are wanting to send to the Client with the “CVCLIENT” document tag. Otherwise, you will not be able to use it in the Sending process.
