Congratulations, after you took the initiative to start using TalkingPoints with your families for more effective communication, your school or district has recognized it as a valuable tool and purchased the upgraded platform! This means a few exciting things for you:

  1. You are no longer limited to 200 students and 5 classes!

  2. You're getting a brand new account with all of your classes and students set up for you!

  3. You can now see what messages your school sends out so that you don't send duplicates!

  4. You can make edits directly within your TalkingPoints account to your class roster and family contact information!

  5. All of your colleagues now also have access to this great resource!

But, it may also mean some slight changes in your TalkingPoints account, so here's what you should be aware of:

  1. Your account information will be replaced with what your school or district shares in their .csv file for your class roster, student, and family contact information. If you would like to download conversation histories before your account switches over, follow these instructions.

We thank you for being such an amazing advocate for TalkingPoints to your school and district, and we hope that TalkingPoints continues to be a useful resource for your family engagement!
