If a family member has unsubscribed from TalkingPoints, you will see an orange "Unsubscribed" tag next to the family member's name. If you hover your mouse over the tag, a phone number will appear. Please have that family member text REJOIN to that number and that resubscribe the family member to receiving messages from TalkingPoints.

If a family member is trying to use the TalkingPoints Parents app on a new phone please make sure they first log off their old device before changing devices.
