In the TalkingPoints for Teachers mobile and web apps, teachers are able to see sent message statuses (for all) and read receipts (for family app users).
To view detailed read receipts:
Click on the checkmarks below the message or announcement.
Scroll through the details about messages that were delivered.
Click to see details about messages that were read.
*Please note: The grey checkmarks mean how many people have received the message. The blue checkmarks mean how many people have read the message.
On the mobile app, you can click on the checkmarks for more information about the recipients, which shows which family members using the app or SMS text have received the message.
