You can download a PDF of message history between staff members and families on the web application by following these simple steps:

Step 1: From your District account, go to the Messages tab.

Step 2: Use the dropdown menus to find the conversation you would like to download.

Step 3: Click the download link.

Step 4: Select the date range of the conversation you want to download.

Step 5: Click 'Download' (Please note: the longer the date range, the longer the download time.)
