Families can delete unwanted message threads from their message history! Please keep in mind the following:
Although messages are erased from your view, they are not deleted from the TalkingPoints platform. This is because teachers and admins need the original message history for their records.
Message threads can only be deleted via the Family mobile app.
Click "See all."
Select the message thread you want to delete.
Swipe the message from right to left and select "delete."
