When school and district administrators open their TalkingPoints account they will first see the Messages section. This section contains different tabs for reviewing messages. Read below for a description of each.
School Administrators
Admin Inbox: Review messages sent between just school admins and families.
All Messages: See all messages sent throughout your school community from teachers, staff, and families. You can use the dropdown menus to filter your search results further.
Scheduled Messages: Preview messages that are scheduled to be sent to families at a later date and time.
Flagged Messages: Monitor messages that contain inappropriate language. Follow up with staff or families as needed.
District Administrators
