Best Practices and Guidelines
Role Assignment Recommendations
Start with Member Role: Assign new team members the Member role initially, then promote as needed
Limit Editor Access: Only assign Editor roles to trusted team members who require administrative capabilities
Regular Role Audits: Periodically review team member roles to ensure appropriate access levels
Security Considerations
Verify Email Addresses: Double-check email addresses before sending invitations to prevent unauthorized access
Monitor Role Changes: Keep records of role modifications for audit purposes
Immediate Action: Role changes and removals take effect immediately, so plan accordingly
Communication Protocol
Notify Affected Members: Inform team members before changing their roles or removing them
Document Changes: Maintain records of role changes for organizational transparency
Coordinate with HR/Management: Ensure role changes align with organizational policies
Troubleshooting Common Issues
๐ง Invitation Not Received
Verify the email address for typos
Check the recipient's spam/junk folder
