Ad Manager: How to Setup Brands

This guide will walk you through the process of adding sportsbooks or fantasy partners to your Ad Manager platform.

Overview

The "Add Brand" workflow is a multi-step process that allows you to configure sportsbooks and fantasy brands with specific settings for ratings, workspaces, locations, and tracking links. Once you successfully add a brand you will be able to configure promos in the subsequent steps


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Select Brands

  1. Access the Ad Manager and navigate to the Brands section

  2. Click "Add Brand" to open the brand selection dialog

  3. Browse available brands from the comprehensive list that includes:

    • Sportsbooks: bet365, BetRivers, BetMGM, BetMG Sports, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook, Tipico, betPARX, FOXBet Sportsbook, WynnBET, Betway Sports, TVG, Twinspires Sportsbook

    • Fantasy platforms: Borgata Casino, Boom Fantasy, Underdog Fantasy, DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports, FanDuel Fantasy, PrizePicks, OwnerBox

  4. Select your desired brand by clicking on them. Only select 1 brand at a time.

  5. Click "Next" to proceed to the rating step.

In this step, you'll see a grid of brand logos with their categories (SPORTSBOOK or FANTASY) clearly labeled. Use the search function to quickly find specific brands. If a brand is missing reach out and we can quickly add.


Step 2: Set Rating (Optional)

  1. Review the rating section for your selected brand (e.g., BetMGM Sportsbook)

  2. Set a star rating by clicking on the stars (1-5 scale) if desired

    • This rating will be available for display when setting up promotions

  3. Choose an option:

    • Click the stars to set a rating out of 5

    • Click "Skip for now" to proceed without setting a rating

    • Click "Reset Rating" to clear a previously set rating

  4. Click "Next" to continue

You'll see the brand logo prominently displayed with 5 clickable stars below it. This rating system helps you prioritize brands in your promotions. If a brand is missing please reach out and we'll happily add it for you.


Step 3: Configure Workspaces

  1. Select workspace(s) for which this brand will be applied to

  2. Choose from available options:

    • "Select workspaces" - Choose specific workspaces from the list

    • "Apply to all workspaces" - Apply the brand to all available workspaces

  3. If selecting specific workspaces:

    • Use the search bar to find workspaces

    • Select from available workspaces (e.g., "Tallysight")

    • Use the dropdown to filter by sport type to easily locate a specific brand ("All sports" or specific sports)

  4. Click "Next" to proceed

The interface provides two clear columns: "Select workspaces" on the left and "Apply to all workspaces" on the right, making it easy to choose your preferred configuration method.


Step 4: Choose Locations

  1. Select geographic locations where the brand will be active

  2. Choose from two options:

    • "Select locations" - Choose specific states/regions

    • "Apply to all locations" - Apply to all available locations

  3. If selecting specific locations:

    • Search for locations using the search bar

    • Select from the comprehensive list of US states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, etc.)

    • Check the boxes next to desired states

  4. Click "Next" when selections are complete

This screen displays a comprehensive, scrollable list of all US states, Canadian Provinces, Brazil and United Kingdom territories with checkboxes. The search functionality at the top helps you quickly locate specific states.


Step 5: Add Tracking Links

  1. Configure "evergreen" links for the brand

  2. Set up tracking parameters for each link row:

    • Workspace: Select from dropdown (e.g., "NorthStar Gaming")

    • URL: Enter the tracking URL in the "Add tracking URL" field

    • Location(s): Choose locations from dropdown configured in the previous step (starts with "0 location")

    • Sport: Select sport category from dropdown ("Any sport" or specific sports)

  3. Manage links within groups:

    • Use the checkmark (βœ“) to confirm/save entries

    • Use the X to delete entries

    • Click "Add new URL" to add additional tracking links within the same group

  4. Create and manage link groups:

    • Click "Add new link group" to create separate link groups

    • Customize group names: You can edit the group name by clicking on it (e.g., change from "Evergreen Links" to "Social" or any custom name)

    • Delete groups: Use the "Delete link group" option to remove entire groups

    • Multiple groups: Create as many link groups as needed for different purposes (e.g., "Evergreen Links", "Social", "Email Campaigns", etc.)

  5. Click "Publish" to finalize and save the brand configuration

This advanced interface allows you to organize tracking links into named groups. Each group can contain multiple URL configurations with specific workspace(s), location, and sport targeting.
