In the 'Workouts' section, pop into your current program. You should see the little pink bar along the bottom saying which day of the program you're on:
You'll see three little dots in the top right hand corner. Select those and it'll give you the option to 'Leave program'.

Once you've done this, you can rejoin the program, or join another one! Look for the pink bar along the bottom that says 'Start Program'.
