How do I choose my goal?

Lose, Gain or Maintain: how to decide which goal's right for you.

Think about why you wanted the app – did you want to lose, gain or maintain your weight to begin with? If you need to switch later (many people do), you can switch goals at any time. It is as simple as choosing “account details” in the app, and pressing “goals” to alter your goal.

🌟Lose will help you trim down. It focuses on shredding extra fat if you are looking to lose weight.

🌟Gain will help you build muscle – bulking up your booty, legs or arms! 

🌟Maintain is ideal if you are happy with your weight, and you're just looking to build your strength and tone up.

You can always switch your goals up along your journey, especially as your body changes. For example, a lot of people like to pick "gain" to grow their booty, and then once they start seeing results, switch to "lose" to trim any excess.
