Training with Tammy is super simple. Each program has an “equipment” tab which will let you know what you will be using throughout the program.
Tammy’s home workouts usually recommend booty bands, dumbbells and exercise mats.
For gym workouts, the programs usually require 2-4 machines for each workout which range from leg press machines to hip abduction machines.
