You don't need a gym! Tammy Fit is very versatile, and you are able to train wherever you prefer. On the app, there are different programs and workouts for both at home and the gym.

Benefits of working out at home:

  • save time in travel

  • no gym fees or expensive equipment needed

  • can workout at any time

  • privacy 

  • workout at your own pace

Benefits of working out at the gym: 

  • access to exercise equipment and amenities 

  • meet new people 

  • focus – there's not much to do at a gym but exercise!
