Between standard meals, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options (and more to come), Tammy has worked hard with expert nutritionists to ensure that all meal plans are the perfect fuel for your fitness goals and to promote healthy eating. 

If there is a certain item within these categories that you cannot have, simply choose the meal plan closest to your requirements and adapt any ingredients that you need. If you’re on an iPhone, you can also alter your recipes, swap to different meals or create custom meals yourself!
