This program is a great start for anyone who is curious but not sure if they're ready to jump into a more intensive program just yet. Here's an overview:
Week 1 is super gentle and focused on TA activation and pelvic tilting. This will help you slowly work your body into physical exercise. ย
Weeks 2-3 are focused on upper body strength and some booty workouts too.ย
Weeks 4-5 are focused your whole body! More specifically, your glutes, obliques and your upper body strength.ย
We also have our Core Restore workouts that are perfect to complete along side our Post Pregnancy Program!
