This will be different for each individual pregnancy experience. Only work out when you have the green light from your physician as gentle movements may be recommended within days, but for some it may take a while longer.
Our post-pregnancy program allows you to take your time working your body back into exercise and allow yourself time to heal!
Once you have completed the 5-week post-pregnancy program, be sure to check in once again with your physician before jumping into Tammy’s regular workout programs.
We also have our Core Restore workouts that can be done on their own or alongside one of our other programs.
