Does not matter at all! Each of Tammy’s programs and individual workouts are suitable for all stages of your fitness journey, whether you’re at home or the gym! 

If you find yourself struggling with the workout, increase your rest times and reduce your sets to ensure you are not burning yourself out. 

Once you start at the level you feel comfortable with, you will be able to work yourself up to more reps and heavier weights. Everyone works at their own pace so don’t put too much pressure on yourself if you are struggling! Fatigue during workouts is totally normal, and shows that you're really pushing yourself – as long as you're stretching and staying hydrated.
