If at any point after scheduling an SMS campaign, you want to pause or cancel it, you can do it on BayEngage. Whether the campaign has started delivering or is yet to start delivering, you can pause or cancel the campaign at any given time. Let’s look at how to do this on BayEngage.

How to cancel or pause a scheduled SMS campaign?
Login to your BayEngage account, and click on "Campaigns" from the left-hand side menu. Now click "SMS Campaigns." It will display all your scheduled SMS campaign(s).
2. Head over to the scheduled campaign, and click on the option “Cancel the campaign” and click on the option “Pause” to cancel/pause the scheduled campaign.
📒Notes:
You cannot reschedule an SMS campaign once the campaign is cancelled.
Instead of creating an SMS campaign from scratch, you can clone the existing campaigns and save a lot of time.
You can only delete the SMS campaigns on draft.

🤔 Can I cancel a campaign in the middle of the sending process?
Yes, you absolutely can. A campaign that has started delivering can be paused or canceled. This will ensure that the recipients won’t receive your email. However, you cannot do anything about the recipients who have already received your email before you decided to pause or cancel it.

You may have to pause a campaign because you changed your mind and don’t want the campaign to go out.
