A campaign that you have created can be deleted, edited, and cloned at any given time. Before we get into how this can be done, let’s look at the meaning:

💡Edit Campaign: You can make changes to the campaign you created by editing anything from the design and content at any time.

💡Clone Campaign: If you want to duplicate a campaign and make edits to it without spending much time creating it from scratch, you can simply clone the campaign.

💡Delete Campaign: A campaign that is no longer required in your account can be deleted from the list of campaigns.

Only the SMS campaigns in draft can be deleted.

To delete an SMS campaign:

2. Head over to the campaign(s) and select the checkbox of the campaign(s) which you would like to delete. Now, click on the dropdown “More actions” and delete the selected campaign(s).

To edit an SMS campaign:

2. Head over to the campaign and click on the option “Edit” adjacent to the campaign name. It will allow you to edit the SMS campaign in draft.

2. Head over to the campaign and click the dropdown adjacent to the campaign name. Now select the option “Clone” to duplicate an SMS campaign.

🤔 Why should I clone a campaign?

Instead of creating an SMS campaign from the scratch, you can save time by cloning an SMS campaign. While cloning the campaign, the recipient's lists/segments will not be duplicated.

🤔 What happens to the original campaign after cloning?

Your original campaign stays intact. By cloning you only create a copy that is editable. You have the option to rename the copy so that there is no confusion.
