Advanced Segmentations in BayEngage - Just for you

Learn how to create and use advanced pre-built segments in BayEngage. You can understand your niche audience and target them with the right messages.

Follow the steps to get one level deeper with advanced segmentation:

  1. Login to BayEngage

  2. Click on Lists & Segments, then click on Create Segment

3. Click on Browse Ideas to access the pre-build segments

4. There are nine pre-build segments available with BayEngage:

I. VIP Customers: Get to know your admirers, self-employed ambassadors, and advocates of your brand.

  • To create this segment, click on VIP Customers

  • You can understand more about your VIP customers using "Total Amount Spent" on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Update

II. Recurring customers: Find your loyal customers and reward them for their loyalty.

  • To create this segment, click on Recurring customers

  • You can understand more about your Recurring customers using Placed Order on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

III. Patrons: See customers who are firm believers in your brand

  • To create this segment, click on Patrons

  • You can understand more about your Patrons using Placed Order on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

IV. Wanderers: Catch visitors with no order history and persuade them to buy something with an attractive discount

  • To create this segment, click on Wanderers

  • You can understand more about your Wanderers using Placed Order on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Update

V. Occasional Spenders: Find your not-so-frequent spenders and convince them with an offer.

  • To create this segment, click on Occasional Spenders

  • You can understand more about your Occasional Spenders using Placed Order on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

VI. Recharge Cancelled Subscription: See customers with a canceled recharge subscription.

  • To create this segment, click on Recharge Cancelled Subscription

  • You can understand more about your Recharge Cancelled Subscription using Subscription Cancelled on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Update

VII. Recharge Active Subscription: Find out customers with an active recharge subscription

  • To create this segment, click on Recharge Active Subscription

  • You can understand more about your Recharge Active Subscription using the Subscription Created on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

VIII. Recharge Expired Subscription: Find out customers with an expired recharge subscription

  • To create this segment, click on Recharge Expired Subscription

  • You can understand more about your Recharge Expired Subscription using the Subscription Expired on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

IX. Recharge No Subscription: Spot customers with no subscription for a particular product

  • To create this segment, click on Recharge No Subscription

  • You can understand more about your Recharge No Subscription using the No Subscription on your website

  • Apply additional filters based on the logic you are looking to segment

  • Use And & OR operators to further drill down your segment and make your emails hyper-personalized.

  • Once you’re done creating your segment, click on Save & Continue

5. If you want to find newly created Pre-Build segments:

  • Click on the Lists & Segments from the BayEngage dashboard

  • Under the Contact Lists & Segments, you will be able to find the newly created Pre-Build segments

  • You can also edit or delete the segments by clicking on the More Actions drop-down list menu
