Steps to generate effective SMS campaign content using AI:
Step 1: In the BayEngage app, click on the option “Campaigns” on the left hand side menu and select the option “SMS Campaigns”.
Step 2: Select the option “Create SMS Campaign” on the top right hand side.
Step 3: Give your campaign a name, select the recipient and set up delivery control for your SMS campaign.

Step 4: Under the “Compose SMS” section, click the SMS generate button (the green magic wand) to generate the SMS content for your campaign.
Step 5: Enter the context of your SMS campaign in the "Recommend for" option. This section is prefilled with the SMS content, if needed you can override it. The AI will generate the message based on the context.
Step 6: You will have a list of items under “What tone to set?” option, select the tone for your SMS.

Help the AI generator with some details (Recommend for) and tone of the SMS campaign to generate SMS ideas.
Step 7: Under “Additional Information”, you can also select the “Optimize length” and “Include Smileys” options for your campaign.

Including smileys will increase the character length of the SMS campaign.
Step 8: You will get the list of SMS contents for your campaign. Select the SMS content that is suitable for your campaign.
Step 9: If you want to change the tone and explore options, you can do it using the “Regenerate” button.
