How to reschedule an SMS campaign

Our SMS campaigns give you the opportunity to reach out to your opt-in subscribers with tailored and accurate messages on time. But, after carefully creating and scheduling the campaign, you might want to reschedule the campaign a little later for some reasons, which can be made possible with a few taps!

In this article, we’ll take you through the clear process of rescheduling the scheduled campaign.

  1. Login to your Bayengage account → click on the campaign in your left-hand side menu → now click on “SMS campaign,” which displays the list of all scheduled campaign(s).

  2. Go to the particular campaign you want to pause & reschedule → click on the option “Pause the campaign” right below that particular campaign.

  3. Now you can see the status of your campaign has changed to “Paused” from Scheduled.

4. Now, you can see the option “Reschedule the campaign " in that particular campaign.” → click on the option to reschedule the campaign. You will get an option either to send now or send later. Based on your option, the campaign will be processed.

Note:

If an SMS campaign is created and opted for, “Send now” cannot be paused and rescheduled.
