Please note that once you have created an account under a particular username (email) or Apple/Facebook/LinkedIn account, that username may not be used again. If you can't remember having created a username, please reach out within the Help Chat and the Success Team will help you determine if your username exists to get you access.

If you do happen to create a duplicate account and want to have your documents/info transferred over, you may reach out to the Success Team to get that handled. Also worth noting, when logging back into the app or website, make sure you select Log In as opposed to Sign Up. If you already have an account and attempt to login through Sign Up you will get a notice indicating the account already exists.
