Web Booker Settings

configure all settings of your Web Booker in one place, including booking behavior, features, payments, and branding.

This section allows you to configure the settings of your Web Booker, including booking behavior, available features, payment options, and branding. These settings determine how the booking experience appears and functions for your customers on your website.

Access this section By navigating to Home > Web booker Section > Settings from the left sidebar

General Settings

  • Set the display name and url for your Web Booker

  • Page Title

  • Website: Enter your website name and Google Analytics Tag ID (optional)

Features


Feature section is available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans.


Choose which features your customers can use when making bookings. Available options include return bookings, stopovers, coupon codes, customer sign-in, luggage selection, and passenger count, show google map when selecting address. Simply check the features you want to enable for your Web Booker.

Airport travel


Airport Travel options are available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans.


The Airport Travel section allows you to control how airport-related bookings are handled within the booking flow, ensuring that all necessary flight and timing details are captured for accurate planning. Through the Airport date selections setting, you can define whether passengers are required, optionally prompted, or not asked at all to provide flight-related dates and times when an airport is involved in the trip.

Available options include:

  • No special dates, only requested pickup – No flight-related information is requested; only the standard pickup date/time is used.

  • Optional flight time dates when airport is selected – Passengers can optionally provide flight details when an airport is part of the booking.

  • Only request flight times when job starts at the airport – Flight details are requested only for pickups from the airport.

  • Only request flight times when job ends at the airport – Flight details are requested only for drop-offs at the airport.

  • Mandatory flight time dates when airport is selected – Passengers must provide flight-related information whenever an airport is included in the booking.

These configurations help ensure that airport rides are scheduled accurately, reduce missing information, and improve operational efficiency for airport pickups and drop-offs.

Address Settings


Address Settings are available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans.


Control what address information customers must provide when booking. These settings determine whether destinations are required, if house numbers are mandatory, and how service area restrictions are applied.

Booking Times


Booking Time options are available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans.


Set rules for when customers can make bookings in relation to your availability schedule. You can restrict bookings to your availability schedule and set minimum advance booking times.

Time Restrictions

You can choose how strictly your availability schedule is applied, based on either the pickup time or the moment the booking is made.

  • Restrict to availability hours
    Only the requested pickup time is considered. Bookings can be made at any time, but the pickup must always fall within your availability schedule.

  • Allow pre-booking outside availability hours
    Both the booking time and pickup time are considered.
    Customers cannot place bookings during your closed hours for pickups that fall within those same closed hours. However, they can still make bookings during closed hours for pickups that occur after your availability resumes.

    For example, if your availability is from 08:00 to 23:59:

    • With Restrict to availability hours, a customer can book at 02:00 for a pickup at 08:00 (same day or future date).

    • With Allow pre-booking outside availability hours, a customer cannot book at 02:00 for a pickup at 02:00 on a future date (since that time is outside your availability), but can book at 02:00 for a pickup at 08:00 or later.

  • Set minimum order time in minutes (how far in advance bookings must be made)

Payment Methods

Choose which payment options are available to customers. Options include cash, card payments, online providers, and account billing. Online payments require an Essential, Pro or Full plan and options only appear when the corresponding integrations are properly connected in your payment settings.

Legal Documents


Legal Documents are available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans.


Provide the terms and privacy policy shown to customers during booking. You can either link to documents on your website or upload PDF files. Google and Apple recommend using website links for transparency and to ensure customers always see the latest version.

Website URLs


These settings are available on the Pro and Full plans.


Optionally set the web addresses used after customers complete or cancel bookings.

Return URL: Where customers go when they leave the Web Booker (e.g., when canceling or navigating back to your site)

Thank you page URL: Shown after successful bookings. Use this page to display confirmation messages, booking details, or tracking codes for analytics and advertising. Leave empty to use the default page.

Branding


Branding are available on the Essential, Pro and Full plans

Logo: Upload your company logo (click to select or drag and drop an image file)

Colors: Choose your main brand color to apply throughout the Web Booker
