Connect your preferred payment provider and start accepting online bookings

The Payment Integrations page lets you connect TaxiWebBooker to online payment providers so your customers can pay directly during the web booker booking process.

Navigate to Settings → Payments from the left sidebar


Online payment integrations are available with the Essential, Pro & Full plans.


How to Connect a Provider

All available providers are listed on the Payment Integrations page. To connect one:

  1. Find the provider you want to use

  2. Click Connect now on that provider's card

  3. You'll be redirected to that provider's authorization flow

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to grant TaxiWebBooker access to your account

  5. Once authorized, return to TaxiWebBooker to finish configuration

Before connecting, click the Country availability link on each provider card to confirm the provider operates in your region.


Available Providers

Stripe - Global Payment Platform

Stripe supports card payments, digital wallets, subscriptions, and marketplace payouts across 195+ countries and 135+ currencies. It's a strong choice for most businesses due to its broad global reach and advanced fraud protection.

Setting up your Stripe account:

  1. Go to stripe.com and click Start now

  2. Enter your email address, full name, and create a password

  3. Verify your email address

  4. Complete the business activation flow, which includes: business type, legal name, business address, personal details, and bank account for payouts

  5. Once your Stripe account is active, return to TaxiWebBooker and click Connect now under Stripe. Navigate this from Settings > Payments on the left side bar

  6. Follow the Stripe Connect authorization steps to link your account to TaxiWebBooker

⚠️Stripe requires a fully activated account (not just a sign-up) before it can be connected to TaxiWebBooker. After submitting your details, Stripe may take a short time to verify your information


PayPal - Worldwide Payments

PayPal is one of the world's most recognized payment providers, available in 200+ markets. It lets customers pay using PayPal balances, cards, and local methods, and comes with strong buyer protection and high brand recognition.

Setting up your PayPal Business account:

  1. Go to paypal.com and click Sign Up

  2. Choose Business Account and click Next

  3. Enter a business email address (not linked to a personal PayPal account)

  4. Fill in your business name, address, and customer service contact, then click Agree and Create Account

  5. Indicate your business type (sole proprietorship, corporation, etc.) and provide any additional requested details

  6. Enter your personal information (date of birth, home address, last 4 digits of SSN for US accounts)

  7. Confirm your email address via the verification email PayPal sends

  8. Link your bank account in the Wallet section to receive payouts

  9. Once your PayPal account is ready, return to TaxiWebBooker and click Connect now under PayPal. Navigate this from Settings > Payments on the left side bar.


Square - Commerce & POS Payments

Square is popular in North America, Australia, and Japan, combining online payments with point-of-sale solutions, unified reporting, and in-person terminals. It's particularly suited to businesses that take both online and in-person bookings.

Setting up your Square account:

  1. Go to squareup.com and click Get started

  2. Enter your email address and create a password

  3. Provide your business name, business type, and address

  4. Add your bank account details to enable payouts

  5. Complete Square's identity verification steps

  6. Once your Square account is active, return to TaxiWebBooker and click Connect now under Square. Navigate this from Settings > Payments on the left side bar

Check Square's country availability before signing up, as Square operates in a more limited number of countries compared to Stripe or PayPal.


MultiSafepay - European Payments

MultiSafepay specializes in European payment methods including iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, and cards, with a strong focus on EU compliance. It's the ideal choice for businesses operating in the Netherlands and surrounding European markets.

Setting up your MultiSafepay account:

  1. Go to multisafepay.com and register for a new account

  2. Provide your company information as requested during sign-up

  3. MultiSafepay will send your login credentials by email — use these to activate your account

  4. Log in and retrieve your API Key from your MultiSafepay dashboard

  5. Once your account is active, return to TaxiWebBooker and click Connect now under MultiSafepay. Navigate this from Settings > Payments on the left side bar

MultiSafepay recommends testing with a sandbox/test account before going live.


WiPay - Caribbean Payments

WiPay is a Caribbean-focused payment platform designed for businesses operating in the region. It supports card payments, mobile wallets, QR-code-based payments (Scan2Pay), and payment links, with payouts made directly to local Caribbean bank accounts.

Supported countries: Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, Grenada, Antigua & Barbuda, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia​

Supported currencies: JMD, TTD, BBD, GYD, XCD, and USD​

Setting up your WiPay account:

  1. Go to wipaycaribbean.com and create an account

  2. Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification by uploading a valid ID and proof of address​

  3. If registering as a business, upload your business registration documents (sole traders are accepted)​

  4. Link your local Caribbean bank account — ensure the account name matches your WiPay registration to avoid withdrawal issues​

  5. Once your account is verified and active, return to TaxiWebBooker and click Connect now under WiPay . Navigate this from Settings > Payments on the left side bar

WiPay is purpose-built for the Caribbean market. It integrates directly with local banks and supports local currencies, making it the best fit for taxi operators based in the Caribbean.


Can I Use Multiple Providers?

Yes — you can connect more than one payment provider to your account. This is useful if you serve customers across different regions or want to offer multiple checkout options. Simply repeat the connection steps for each provider you want to enable.
