The My Contract section provides a complete overview of your TaxiWebBooker license, billing information, and subscription management options. You can access this section by clicking the cloud icon at the bottom of the left side menu in the Web Portal.

The My Contract screen provides a complete overview of your TaxiWebBooker license and related details.
Contract Details
In this section, you can view and manage your license information:
Contract ID: Your unique TaxiWebBooker Contract ID.
Start Date: The activation date of your subscription.
License Key: The license key used to activate your subscription for your fleet of drivers.
Update Contract: Options to cancel or re-activate your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can modify your subscription using the following options:
Update Contract: Choose to upgrade or downgrade your current plan. If you wish to cancel your subscription, select the free option as a downgrade from a paid plan. The downgrade becomes effective after your current contract term finishes, at which point your subscription will automatically transition to the free plan and you will stop receiving invoices.
Update Billing Contacts: Access a secure area to change your contact details for future invoices.
Google API Configuration
Manage your Google API key to ensure accurate international address and location support:
Update Google Key: Enter or update your private Google API key here. Note that if no valid key is entered, extra costs may apply. [Read more here.]
Fleet Solutions
This section provides a detailed overview of your monthly costs:
Current Month: Track your monthly costs for bookings and SMS messages
Google API Job Costs: If no valid Google API key is entered, an additional fee per job is charged to cover Google Maps API usage
Jobs: Your plan includes a fixed monthly booking volume. Additional bookings are billed at the end of the month, with the total number of jobs and costs displayed here
SMS Text Messages: Shows the number of SMS messages used and any related costs
Invoices
Review your billing information in this section:
Upcoming Invoices: Preview your next invoice, including any known extra costs.
Billing History: View and download past invoices by selecting the invoice you want to review.
