The My Contract screen provides a complete overview of your TaxiWebBooker license and related details.

Under this section, you can view your contract information including contract ID, license type, license key, and start date. It also shows billing details such as payment method, billing email, billing name, billing cycle, expiry date, and next renewal date. From here, you can update your billing details or cancel your subscription.

In Upgrade Plan, you can compare available subscription plans (such as Essential, Web Booker Pro, and Web Booker Full), view included features, switch between monthly and yearly billing, and upgrade or downgrade your current plan.

TaxiWebBooker offers four subscription plans: one Free plan and three paid plans (Essential, Pro, and Full). Each plan includes a monthly booking allowance, with additional bookings charged at a fixed rate. The main difference between the plans is the number of bookings included, the pricing configuration limits, and access to advanced platform features.

The Free plan allows you to get started with TaxiWebBooker at no monthly cost.

The Free plan supports Google Maps-based dynamic pricing only and does not include fixed route pricing.

The Essential plan increases your pricing flexibility and allows the use of fixed-price routes.

The Pro plan expands the pricing configuration limits for businesses that require more complex pricing structures.

The Full plan removes pricing limitations and provides access to all available platform features.

When you upgrade to a new TaxiWebBooker plan, you receive 350 free booking credits. These free bookings are applied automatically and can be used before your regular monthly booking allowance begins. Once the 350 free bookings have been used, your account will continue using the booking limit included with your subscribed plan.

The Invoices section allows you to manage billing records, where you can view past invoices under billing history, check upcoming invoices, and see details like invoice number, date, subtotal, tax, total amount, and payment status. You can also download invoices or access receipts directly from this section.
