Zapier is an online platform that helps you automate workflows by connecting the apps and services you use. This allows you to automate tasks without having to build the integration yourself or hire someone to build the integration for you.
You can use our Zapier integration to connect your Teach 'n Go account with hundreds of applications like Xero, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Jotform, and many more.

Installation
Use the below link to start adding the app:
You'll be redirected to a page inviting you to use Teachworks on Zapier. Scroll down on that page and click the "Accept Invite & Build A Zap" button.
When creating Zaps, you will be asked for your API key. You can find this in the Developer tab at the bottom of the School Settings page in Teach 'n Go.
Now you can begin to create Zaps that use our integration. You can learn more about the basics of creating Zaps from here.
Available Workflow Tasks
Here is a list of the available workflows you can automate with our integration.
Triggers
Triggers are actions that can happen when the event occurs in Teach 'n Go
New Payment: when a new payment is recorded in Teach 'n Go, you can trigger an action in another connected application.
New Lesson: when lessons are created in Teach 'n Go, you can trigger an action in another connected application.
New Class: when lessons are created in Teach 'n Go, you can trigger an action in another connected application.
New Student: when a new studnet is created in Teach 'n Go, you can trigger an action in another connected application.
Actions
Actions are events that happen after a trigger has happened in another connected application.
Create Student: If a trigger is triggered, then a new student can be created in Teach 'n Go with the info that is passed over.
Create Prospect: If a trigger is triggered, then a new prospect can be created in Teach 'n Go with the info that is passed over.
Invoice Mark As Paid: If a trigger is triggered, then an existing invoice can be marked as paid in Teach 'n Go and the relevant fees status changed to settled.
