Zapier lets you connect Teach ’n Go with hundreds of other applications—such as Xero, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Jotform - without any coding. By creating automated workflows (called “Zaps”), you can streamline tasks and reduce manual work.
Install the Teach ’n Go Zapier integration
Follow these steps to start using our Zapier integration.
Open the invitation link:
You’ll be redirected to a Zapier page inviting you to use Teach ’n Go.
Scroll down and click Accept Invite & Build a Zap.
Find your Teach ’n Go API key
When setting up Zaps, Zapier will ask for your API key.
Go to Settings in Teach ’n Go.
Open the Developer tab at the bottom of the page.
Copy your API key and paste it into Zapier when prompted.
Now you’re ready to start building Zaps.

Available workflow tasks
Teach ’n Go supports the following triggers and actions.
Triggers
Triggers start a workflow when something happens in Teach ’n Go.
New payment – Fires when a new payment is recorded.
New lesson – Fires when a lesson is created.
New class – Fires when a class is created.
New student – Fires when a new student is added.
Actions
Actions are tasks Teach ’n Go completes after a trigger in another app.
Create student – Creates a new student in Teach ’n Go using the data passed in.
Create prospect – Creates a new prospect in Teach ’n Go.
Invoice: mark as paid – Marks an existing invoice as paid and updates the fee status to “settled”.
