Teach 'n Go is priced by the number of active students in your school. There are two plans — Teach 'n Go and Teach 'n Go Pro — and you can move between them at any time.
Prices are shown in EUR and USD. The USD prices are not a currency conversion — use the column you are billed in.
The two plans
Teach 'n Go — everything you need to run your school: scheduling, attendance, student records, fees and invoicing, student and parent portals, messaging and class booking.
Teach 'n Go Pro — all of the above, plus AI tools, multiple locations, your own web address and branding, WhatsApp messaging and priority support.
Nothing was removed from the Teach 'n Go plan when Pro launched. Pro is an optional upgrade on top. If you already have a subscription, your plan and price stay exactly as they are.

Annual pricing
Annual billing costs ten months for twelve — two months free. Multiply the monthly price above by ten, on either plan.
For example, a school with up to 300 students pays €1,190 a year on Teach 'n Go, or €1,690 a year on Pro.

Composed email allowance
Every plan includes 1,000 composed emails a month — emails you write and send yourself or as a group, such as announcements or a manually sent receipt. This does not cover automatic system emails like receipts, invoices and reminders sent by Teach 'n Go's own processes, which are unlimited.
If your school was already sending more than 1,000 composed emails a month before this allowance was introduced, you keep your existing higher limit automatically — it does not get reduced. If you're on a newer or lower allowance and need more, contact support.
What Pro adds
Ask AI — unlimited questions about your school's own data. The Teach 'n Go plan includes 15 questions a month across the school.
Draft with AI — write an email, SMS or announcement from a one-line instruction. On the Teach 'n Go plan, only admins can use it.
Chase overdue fees with AI — finds overdue balances and drafts a reminder for each family. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Weekly digest and same-day alerts — a Monday summary of your school, plus alerts when something needs attention
Multiple locations — run more than one branch from one account
Your own web address and branding — myschool.teachngo.com, in your school's colour and font
WhatsApp messaging — message parents and students on WhatsApp
Priority support

Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your new student limit takes effect immediately.
There are no cancellation fees.
