Admin can edit staff names and emails via the staff profile on the web interface, while staff using the TeachKloud: Childcare App can edit their names and other information to be shared with parents, such as their experience and interests.

How does admin using the Web Interface edit staff names or emails?

Go to Staff > Staff List, using the three grey dots to select Staff Profile. This section can also be used to request or upload staff compliance documents, such as references, vetting and certifications.

Can Staff using the TeachKloud Childcare App make edits?

Yes! Staff using the TeachKloud: Childcare App can edit their name but not their email. The Educator Profile also allows staff to share their photo, work experience and a short introduction with parents! It’s a great way for parents, especially new parents, to get to know the team.
