If you want to create multiple attendance sessions there are two options:

Option 1: If a child has multiple attendance sessions in different rooms, you can create a second (duplicate) child profile and add attendance schedules for that child in the relevant rooms.

Option 2 (see video below): Did you know that you can create multiple attendance sessions without having to duplicate child profiles? However, educators will need to be given access to the child's main room in order to check them in and out of multiple sessions. For example, if a child's main room is the preschool room but they also attend the after school room, you will need to invite educators to both rooms if you want those educators to be able to manage both sessions.
