What is the booking feature?
The booking feature in the TeachKloud for Parents App, allows parents to conveniently schedule sessions for their children. This feature can be accessed within the attendance section of the app. You can view available sessions, select suitable times, and book with ease. This streamlined process, ensures that booking sessions are quick and hassle-free.
How do I book extra sessions?
Log into the TeachKloud for Parents App and select a child profile
Select the attendance button (calendar button, bottom of app screen)
Select make a booking (top left hand corner). IMPORTANT: Update the app to the latest version, if you do not see the make a booking button.
Select the relevant date / session(s). Optional: Use the three grey dots to edit the session time and the comment section to leave a note for the childcare service.
Select Book Now to save.
The booking request has been saved and sent. The childcare service / after school will be in contact, with any changes or updates.
