Editing Invoices

If you need to make changes to an invoice after it's been created, you can edit an invoice before the invoice has been marked as "Paid".

Editing an Invoice

You can follow the steps below to edit an invoice:

  1. Click on "Billing" and then click on "Invoices".

  2. Click on the "Edit" option next to the invoice you'd like to edit.

  3. Make any necessary changes to any of the invoice details.

  4. If you've added additional lessons on the Calendar and want to include them on the invoice, use the "Add Lessons" option to retrieve the lessons again.

  5. Click the "Save" or "Approve" button to save the changes.

Editing Paid Invoices

If you’d like to make changes to a paid invoice, such as changing the service that’s selected on the invoice, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Billing" and then click on "Invoices".

  2. Click on the "View" option next to the invoice you'd like to edit.

  3. Unallocate the credit note or payment that is associated with the invoice. For more information about this process, please see this article: Unallocating a Credit Note or Payment from an Invoice.

  4. Click on the "Invoice Options" menu at the top-right of the invoice and select "Edit".

  5. Make any necessary changes to any of the invoice details.

  6. Click on "Save" or "Approve" to save the changes.
