Q: We are bringing on a contract recruiter. I would love to be able to mark roles in TeamOhana as being assigned to that recruiter. What would be a good way to do that?

A: A custom field would work well in this solution. You can have it displayed in hiring details and be able to edit/select the name of the agency (or contract recruiter) as you open a role associated with the assigned headcount.
