Overview
These mid-month release notes contain a re-launch of a new and improved 'create jobs in Greenhouse' workflow, as well as a change report that enables users to track updates to both employees and headcount over a given time period. Lastly, we've also made a number of enhancements to the headcount details page based on feedback from customers.
As always, we are also sharing a new episode of our Headcount People podcast and ways to get in touch with our team for additional training and enablement. Enjoy!

New features
Change report
The new change report feature enables TeamOhana users to identify the exact changes that have occurred to both in-seat employees and to open headcount during a specified time period.
This report is exportable from the Headcount tab and groups changes into three categories: new, archived/terminated, and modified.
With this report, TeamOhana users are now able to easily identify exactly how their effective headcount has evolved over any given time (up to 3.5 months at a time).
For more information about the change report, check out the guide in our help center here.
Create jobs in Greenhouse workflow
We have re-launched a new and improved workflow that enables Greenhouse customers to create jobs and openings in their Greenhouse dashboard directly from TeamOhana.
By autofilling the majority of the job details from the headcount in TeamOhana, this workflow reduces manual job creation effort for Talent teams by 50%. Once the job is created in Greenhouse, it's automatically linked to the headcount in TeamOhana.
This workflow covers two use cases:
1. The job is net new, and both a job and an opening need to be created in Greenhouse
2. The headcount will be linked to an evergreen role, and only an opening needs to be created
Check out the help center article about this workflow here for step-by-step instructions.
Enhancements
Headcount details drawer updates:
The drawer is now responsive for multiple screen sizes, and by default opens up to 90% of the screen size
The hiring details section remains editable until a recruiter is added and changes are saved
The history section has been redesigned with more detail
Users can now add multiple recruiters from the recruiting workboard and the home page
The 'add recruiter' dropdown will only show users with the Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, and Admin roles
Budget & Forecast tiles have been updated: Pending Changes has been removed, and Remaining has been added
